So well done to Fukuoka who won the Kyushu Cup on Saturday. Not only do they have better nightlife and shopping, but they have to trump us at football too. Sods.
Rarely have I seen such fine ball skills and camraderie. And that was way after the games finished.
Well done to all the Saga players as well, a couple of whom I didn't realise even lived in Saga (who on earth are you??). You did us proud guys (and girls!!) and you looked spiffing in yer humbug-striped shirts.
I was pleased to see there fine female representation on the pitch as well, and as everyone knows, we play dirtier but smell cleaner.
